  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with 3D artists, animators, and designers to ensure seamless integration of pre-rendered assets into the game, guiding adjustments to maintain visual consistency and quality.
  • Visual Refinement: Apply advanced techniques in lighting, shading, and texturing to enhance the quality of 3D renders, ensuring final assets align with the creative goals and artistic direction of the project.
  • Creative Iteration: Translate feedback from the Art Director and key stakeholders into actionable refinements, continuously elevating the quality of pre-rendered assets.
  • Workflow Optimization: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline rendering processes, reduce rework, and improve team efficiency through shared best practices.
  • Problem Solving with Impact: Tackle artistic and technical challenges with thoughtful, innovative solutions that support both visual quality and production needs.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software Maya using Arnold for rendering and Photoshop for compositing, with a demonstrated ability to produce visually striking 3D assets.
  • Creative Aptitude: Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze artistic feedback and execute adjustments into polished visual assets that align with project goals.
  • Artistic Insight: Comprehensive knowledge of composition, lighting, and color theory, applied through your experience in creating immersive and compelling pre-rendered visuals for games.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and ensuring alignment on the artistic vision, while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Bonus Points:
