Job Description

  • Executive-level calendar and travel management
  • Preparation and reconciliation of expense reports
  • Professional written and verbal communication, including proofreading
  • Coordination of meetings, including scheduling, AV setup, catering, and agendas
  • Administrative support for board-related activities and tracking
  • Management of both digital and physical filing systems

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, or Business strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years providing high-level administrative or executive support
  • Experience supporting multiple executives or board members is a plus

  • Location: Alexandria, VA
  • On-site/in-office position
  • Occasional travel within the DC metro area
