Job Description

Location : North Charleston, SC ($5,000 provided as relocation assistance in first paycheck )

Duration: 12-month contract-to-hire (The only reason this position would not convert to a full-time position is if you are fired with cause)

Pay Scale: Dependent on years of experience ($23.13/hour – 33.75/hour)

In this role, you'll be directly involved in the final assembly of aircraft —a critical step before they take flight. What You’ll Do:

• Perform final assembly tasks on aircraft with precision and attention to detail.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment to ensure aircraft meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production goals.
• Work independently and reliably across first, second, or third shift

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in aircraft assembly or maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
• A self-starter who takes pride in their work and can work independently.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
