Duties

• Learn and perform essential study tasks in a team environment
• Assist with animal handling, sedation, euthanasia, and dissection
• Collect samples and record weights
• Set up, clean, and prepare lab spaces and equipment
• Prepare laboratory solutions and materials
• Work under close supervision while gaining technical skills

Education

• High school diploma or GED

Skills

• No prior experience required—training provided
• Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to follow safety protocols and regulatory guidelines (GLP, SOPs, IACUC)
• Comfortable working with lab animals in a research setting
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
