Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Branch Manager within our hospitality division. Our client base hires full-time, part-time and event staff for various operations throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to employee relations, HR management, recruiting, placement, training, and communication. The role involves coordinating with clients and internal teams, developing and implementing recruitment and staffing strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
