The QTI Group is partnering with a real estate development company in seeking a Capital Investment Associate to join their onsite team in Middleton, WI. This high-level sales role focuses on raising capital from accredited investors for multifamily real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, be polished and self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to grow their career in real estate investment sales with excellent earning potential.
Compensation: Base salary starting at $60K+, depending on experience, with additional commission and performance-based bonuses tied to capital raised.
Location & Travel:
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Middleton, WI. Occasional travel is required—approximately 3–4 seminars per quarter in Milwaukee or Green Bay, with optional travel 2–3 times a year to Florida for investor seminars.
