Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Full-Time | On-Site | Beverly Hills, CA

Yerushalmi Law Firm, also known as Injury Needs, is one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the country. In five years, we’ve gone from a solo operation to a 50+ person team securing millions of dollars in settlements monthly—and we’re just getting started.

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to take ownership of day-to-day firm operations, scale infrastructure, and ensure cross-departmental accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

Our ideal candidate has deep experience in personal injury operations—but we’re open to exceptional operators from other high-volume, client-centered industries who can translate those skills into legal services. You must be systems-driven, tech-savvy, and confident managing people, processes, and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee firm operations across all departments: intake, case management, litigation, demands, liens, and disbursements
• Build and implement SOPs, KPI dashboards, workflows, and accountability structures
• Optimize use of platforms like Filevine and LeadDocket to improve efficiency and speed to settlement
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development systems alongside HR
• Monitor performance, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement firm-wide
• Support department heads in execution, goal setting, and results tracking
• Translate strategic goals from the CEO into operational execution
• Maintain firm-wide compliance, professional standards, and internal communication protocols

Preferred Background:

• Experience in legal operations, medical case management, healthcare administration, insurance, or similar fields
• Familiarity with personal injury workflows is strongly preferred but not required if skills are transferable
• Proven ability to lead teams, create scalable systems, and improve performance metrics
• Experience managing tech implementation and automation for business processes
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Comfortable working closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
