At Michilli Inc., we don’t just build spaces, we craft experiences. For over 25 years, we’ve brought a bold and refined approach to construction, specializing in luxury retail, high-end residential, and commercial projects across the U.S. From iconic luxury retail stores to bespoke homes and office spaces, our work is defined by impeccable quality, attention to detail, and collaboration with world-class architects and designers.
The Construction Estimator is pivotal to the success of our national projects by providing accurate and detailed cost estimates for Michilli's clients.
Leveraging your extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, you will analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to develop comprehensive estimates that guide budgeting and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project are accurately reflected in your estimates.
