Compensation:

  • $36 - 38 / hour

Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:

  • Administer and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and process contract documents, including amendments and renewals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized contract files and databases.
  • Monitor contract compliance and identify potential risks or issues.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
  • Assist with contract negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Track contract deadlines and deliverables.
  • Prepare contract reports and summaries.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments on contract-related matters.
  • Support contract audits and reviews.

Qualifications of the Contracts Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with government contracts is a plus.
