Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Type: Contract

Location: Cincinnati Service Center – Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid, onsite 3x/week — no relocation)

Start Date: 09/01/2025

End Date: 01/31/2026

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20–$23/hour

General Function

The Data Entry Clerk will support the Membership – EDI/Initial Data team, handling sensitive information with accuracy and discretion. This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and attention to detail. Responsibilities may also include data analysis, reporting, and supporting process improvement initiatives depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume, accurate data entry of sensitive information.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with all security protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage and process information.
• Integrate new systems into workflows efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• (If applicable based on experience) Analyze department performance, develop automated reporting tools, and provide training to new associates.

Mandatory Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, roles, and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Data entry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience working with sensitive data and maintaining data integrity.
• Prior healthcare industry experience.
• SAP experience.
