Job Description

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising & Paid Media Specialist with expertise in programmatic advertising to join our clients growing inhouse marketing team. This role will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads , and programmatic platforms to drive performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, and programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)
  • Optimize campaigns for performance metrics including CTR, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Manage and allocate media budgets effectively across channels and platforms
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to develop high-performing assets and actionable insights
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and programmatic innovations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, including hands-on programmatic campaign management
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Amazon Ads , and at least one DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360)
  • Strong understanding of budget management, bid strategies, and ROAS optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing , audience segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Background in Higher Education is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or programmatic platforms
  • Experience with retargeting, contextual targeting, and lookalike modeling
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and consent-based advertising practices
