Our AEC client is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager. T his is a direct hire position, 5 DAYS ONSITE IN JOHNS CREEK, GA.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to integrate digital strategies across all channels—driving online traffic, engagement, and qualified lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing teams to align and integrate digital campaigns with broader strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and execute marketing assets for digital campaigns, including emails, landing pages, videos, and paid media.
• Create and collaborate on content for various channels such as newsletters, blogs, websites, emails, brochures, and social media.
• Oversee the performance, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of company websites, social profiles, and online listings to boost conversion rates and search rankings.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to maintain our competitive edge and market leadership.
• Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, identifying trends and insights to optimize digital marketing spend and strategy.
• Provide hands-on support for ongoing marketing initiatives that contribute to company-wide objectives.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What You Bring

• Preferred: Experience in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years of experience with CMS platforms and website management
• 5+ years of experience using marketing automation tools
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
