Now Hiring: Director of Rooms – Rebranding & Renovation Leader | $90K–$100K

Location | Ontario, CA

Be the driving force behind an exciting transformation. We’re searching for an experienced and dynamic Director of Rooms to lead the charge as we reimagine the guest experience at a 309-room hotel. This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to shape the future of a landmark property under new ownership and upscale rebranding.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams through a full-scale renovation and rebranding
  • Deliver elevated guest experiences and set new service standards across the Rooms Division
  • Develop and manage budgets, staffing, and labor controls with a sharp eye for efficiency and profitability
  • Partner with other departments (Sales, F&B, Engineering) to ensure seamless operations
  • Recruit, onboard, and grow a high-performing team in line with our upscale vision
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards while raising the bar on cleanliness and quality
  • Actively engage in guest satisfaction strategies , service audits, and training programs

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5–7+ years of progressive Rooms Division leadership in a full-service hotel and 4 year degree required
  • Proven track record overseeing Front Office and Housekeeping operations
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and guest service
  • Experience in hotel rebranding, renovations, or property transitions is a huge plus
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in hotel systems (Opera, RoomKey, Microsoft Office)
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and labor management expertise
  • Degree in Hospitality Management preferred

The hotel never sleeps, and neither does the commitment to excellence. Flexibility to workdays , evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed is essential.
