Addison Group is partnered with a growing HVAC and plumbing organization based in Hot Springs, AR. This entrepreneurial company is expanding across multiple states and is seeking a high-level Executive Assistant to support their leadership team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team. This fully onsite role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys both traditional executive support and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings for the CEO and other executives
• Provide administrative support including drafting emails, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
• Serve as the main point of contact at the front office – answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling supply orders
• Maintain and organize the CEO’s inbox
• Assist with internal office tasks such as maintaining tidiness and coordinating lunches or meetings
• Occasionally travel with the CEO on business day trips

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or high-level administrative support experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience supporting C-level executives
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Comfortable with hands-on office support duties
• Experience in entrepreneurial or high-growth environments is a plus
