About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and solutions-focused Head of Content Operations to lead the day-to-day execution of our studio and content engine. You’ll oversee physical production, post-production workflows, staffing, scheduling, and client launches — keeping all the moving pieces aligned so our creative teams can deliver high-impact video at scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in live environments, can lead cross-functional teams, and knows how to keep operations running smoothly without losing sight of the creative mission.

What You Will Own

• Lead daily studio operations in Culver City across multiple sets and livestreams
• Oversee content production workflows — from live shoots to short-form video post-production
• Manage studio scheduling and resource allocation for daily shoots, special events, and creator sessions
• Help recruit our growing need for live hosts and producers
• Develop and track production budgets, ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope
• Build and manage production teams, on-camera talent, and freelance rosters as needed
• Partner with internal teams to project manage client onboarding and launch timelines
• Collaborate across departments to support the execution of client commerce video
• Drive improvements in production processes, communication flows, and team efficiency
• Explore and drive adoption of AI and other technologies to lower costs, increase scale and enhance quality

You Will be Considered for this role if your are:

• Deeply interested in TikTok, social commerce, producing creative video content that moves people to engage and purchase, and working with creators 
• Experienced working with clients in beauty, personal care and fashion verticals
• Experienced in managing a high volume digital content operation (vs. project based production)
• Highly organized, proactive, and unafraid of fast-paced, high-stakes environments
• A natural leader who builds strong cross-functional relationships and leads with empathy and accountability
• Operationally minded with a knack for simplifying complexity and streamlining execution
• Detail-oriented, but still able to zoom out and think strategically
• Curious, collaborative, and comfortable wearing multiple hats as part of a growing team

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in managing production, operations, content, or live programming
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a video production environment
• Comfortable in a high speed startup environment where we all wear multiple hats
• Comfortable with hybrid work — remote flexibility, but available for in-studio work as needed
