Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with an organization in Overland Park, KS, to find a dedicated Benefits Manager. The Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's employee benefits programs, upon benefit renewal season. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing employee satisfaction and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
• Evaluate benefits programs for competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
• Revamp communication material.
• Address employee inquiries and resolve benefits-related issues.
• Develop and deliver benefits communication materials.
• 401k renewals.
• Manage vendor and broker relationships.
• Analyze benefits data and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate open enrollment and benefits events.
• Guide employees through benefits options and enrollment.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR.
• Strong knowledge of benefits-related regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and benefits software.
