Inventory Planner – Multiple Shifts Available

Location : Everett, WA

Job Type : 9 month’s contract (possible extension)

Industry : Manufacturing / Logistics / Warehouse Operations

PRIORITY SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES

  • Back Half Night Shift (BHN) : Wed–Sat | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • (Changes to 5:00 PM start in August)
  • Front Half Night Shift (FHN) : Sun–Wed | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • (Changes to 5:00 PM start in August)

LIMITED SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES

  • Front Half Day Shift (FHD) : Sun–Wed | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • (Changes to 6:00 AM start in August)
  • Back Half Day Shift (BHD) : Wed–Sat | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • (Changes to 6:00 AM start in August)
  • Donut Night Shift : Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • (Changes to 5:00 PM start in August)
  • Swing Day Shift : Mon–Fri | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Planner to join our fast-paced production and manufacturing team. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient material movement, accurate inventory tracking, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle materials accurately to support production and manufacturing needs
  • Use SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and proprietary software for material tracking
  • Report system issues and help improve process inefficiencies
  • Manage physical and digital material transfers between locations
  • Support team training and cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity benchmarks
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand carts, and (if certified) forklifts or electric pallet jacks
  • Participate in the improvement of SOPs and safety procedures

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Comfortable with repetitive physical activities including standing (up to 10 hours/day), lifting, bending, pulling, and carrying
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts based on business needs (including weekends)

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

  • Forklift or electric pallet jack certification
  • Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
