Job Description

Beacon Hill is partnering with a respected Denver-based law firm seeking an Associate to join their Governmental Entities Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful litigation involving public sector clients, with a strong emphasis on employment-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of litigation experience, with exposure to government representation and/or employment law. This is a great fit for a driven associate looking for courtroom experience, a collaborative team, and a manageable billable hour requirement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of litigation experience

• At least 25 depositions completed

• Trial experience preferred, or experience handling disputed evidentiary hearings

• Experience with employment-related litigation (e.g., discrimination, wrongful termination, ADA, FMLA, etc.)

• Prior work representing governmental entities is highly preferred but not required

• Background with the Colorado Attorney General's Office or Denver City Attorney's Office is a strong plus

Position Highlights:

• 1700 annual billable hour requirement

• Bonus eligibility based on receipt hours

• Salary range of $130,000-$175,000, depending on experience
