About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team on a one-year contract basis at our Cincinnati, OH location. This role represents an excellent opportunity for a professional with 1-3 years of experience in reception, administration, and marketing to contribute to our global product retail operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative capabilities with marketing acumen to support our team's initiatives and help drive our brand forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the marketing department, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation
• Reception Duties : Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while managing incoming calls, correspondence, and inquiries
• Marketing Coordination : Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including coordinating materials, tracking timelines, and supporting event logistics
• Content Management : Help maintain marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
• Data Management : Organize and maintain marketing databases, compile reports, and assist with performance tracking metrics
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Liaise with various departments including sales, product development, and external vendors to support integrated marketing initiatives
• Project Support : Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc assignments as needed to support global marketing objectives
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to marketing functions in a retail environment
• Experience in reception or front-desk responsibilities, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting marketing initiatives for consumer products, preferably in a global retail context
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
