We empower e-commerce businesses and C-level leaders to optimize fees, increase approval rates, implement international strategies, recover reserves, and streamline payment infrastructure through expert audits.

About the Role

We're seeking a  creative, driven, and Boise-based marketing intern who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants hands-on experience executing marketing initiatives for a consultancy with international reach.

This role will involve weekly in-person check-ins and creative sessions with the team.

What You'll Do

• Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Design compelling visuals using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Write and schedule social media posts for LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Twitter/X
• Help maintain a content calendar and ensure regular publishing cadence
• Newsletter Creation
• Support the weekly production of our payments-focused newsletter, including research, formatting, and layout
• Video Production (Preferred Skill)
• Assist in filming and editing short-form video content for YouTube or social clips
• Campaign and Channel Growth
• Contribute to ongoing marketing campaigns and help explore new platforms (e.g., Threads, TikTok) for audience expansion
• Partner & Brand Assets
• Create branded collateral for internal and partner-facing presentations and content

What We’re Looking ForRequired Skills:

• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
• Strong visual design sense and comfort using Canva or Adobe tools
• Familiarity with posting on social platforms and using scheduling tools
• Availability for 10-20 hours/week with in-person collaboration in Boise
• Comfort receiving feedback and  iterating on creative work —we value growth and collaboration, and you’ll be expected to refine and improve projects after review

Preferred Skills:

• Video editing and basic filming capabilities
• Basic technical skills: familiarity with web-building platforms (e.g., Wix, WordPress) or light coding (e.g., HTML/CSS)
• Understanding of SEO and campaign analytics
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or outreach efforts
