Location: Dubuque, IA, 52001

Contract Type: W2 Contract

Duration: 12+ Months (Potential for extension)

Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a Material Coordinator II in Dubuque, Iowa , to support production operations by ensuring timely procurement, delivery, and accuracy of materials. This role will directly contribute to seamless manufacturing processes and inventory integrity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate procurement, production, and delivery of materials to support production needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material availability issues.
• Support operators in locating and resolving material shortages.
• Conduct audits to verify material accuracy.
• Expedite critical parts and resolve inventory discrepancies to avoid production downtime.
• Review and act on critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
• Implement changes based on engineering release and change management processes.
• Manage deviations and perform necessary inventory adjustments.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing .
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical mindset for informed decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Supply Management or Manufacturing.
• Material flow knowledge and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• SAP proficiency and comfort with data analysis tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Management , Business Management , Information Technology , Engineering , or
• 2–3 years of equivalent related experience.
