Job Title: Production Operator – Inspection & Packing

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (100% Onsite)

Shift: A2 (12-hour rotating shift) | 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Duration: 12 months

Position Summary:

We are hiring an Inspector/Packer to support manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. The role involves inspecting, packaging, and sorting molded plastic components to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and sort products for defects using visual inspection tools
• Manually assemble small parts using hand tools and fixtures
• Accurately complete production records and documentation
• Weigh, count, package, and label finished products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Cleanroom manufacturing environment
• Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
• Minimal travel required (less than 5%)
