Position Overview:

The Project Manager is accountable for the end-to-end success of assigned construction projects. From pre-construction through closeout, you'll lead planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution—ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and on brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple high-end construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
  • Control the critical path and manage project schedules, budgets, and logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, confidence, and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Set and track performance, budget, and safety goals across all teams.
  • Conduct proactive risk assessments and address scheduling, staffing, or performance issues.
  • Oversee site documentation, drawings, and specifications.
  • Manage procurement logs, billing, and reporting through Procore and internal systems.
  • Collaborate with estimating and field teams to validate bids and optimize buyouts.
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Managers.
  • Facilitate weekly client/architect meetings and jobsite coordination.
  • Ensure timely review and approval of all submittals and RFIs.
  • Finalize project closeout within 45 days of completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, owner’s reps, architects, subcontractors, and industry partners.
  • Produce project status updates as needed (budget, schedule, risks).
  • Support additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in construction management, including:
  • At least 5 years working on high-end retail, luxury residential, or commercial projects.
  • At least 7 years working with a General Contractor.
  • Proven track record of managing fast-paced, detail-intensive projects.
  • Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to high standards.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to job sites as required.
  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs.
