The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to support enterprise-level customers across North America. This is a high-impact, pre-sales role ideal for someone with deep technical knowledge, a passion for AI, and the commercial acumen to partner with high-performing sales teams.

You’ll work side by side with Account Executives to lead discovery sessions, run live demos, and deliver tailored solutions that showcase the true power of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical discovery, presentations, and demos for enterprise prospects
  • Act as the technical expert during the sales cycle, owning all pre-sales activities
  • Build and deliver compelling proof-of-concepts
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap and provide customer feedback
  • Stay ahead of the curve in the fast-moving Generative AI space

What Does Success Look Like? You’ll become a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them unlock real business value and driving significant revenue impact as a result.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong coding ability, ideally in Python
  • Experience working with AI technologies - either in the AI or MarTech space
  • Proven success selling into enterprise clients
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Capable of translating complex technical ideas into business outcomes
