We are looking for a Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate to join our Aspen team. **Please note you must currently be located within commuting distance to Aspen to be considered for this role**

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the success and results within all areas of the store
• Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and works creatively to achieve these goals
• Works with customers and models superior customer service and clienteling skills
• Maximizes sales through strong floor presence
• Implements visual merchandising and supervises the overall cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back stock
• Ensures store appearance and atmosphere supports and reinforces the brand image
• Implement company policies and procedures

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years of experience in similar role
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• A highly organized multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
• Strong computer knowledge/proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Shopify)
• Customer centric with a positive attitude
• Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations
• Strong leadership critical thinking and problem-solving skills
