SiLC is looking for a full-time, on-site (in Monrovia, CA) Senior Manager to lead our skilled analog design team in building a revolutionary 4D sensing solution. This person should be intimately familiar with advanced analog design techniques and should feel comfortable with guiding the team in an extremely multidisciplinary and innovative environment that requires interaction with other teams including photonics, laser, mechanical/thermal, DSP, etc. In addition to analog design, the candidate should be proficient with RF and mixed-signal design.
