DUTIES: The Senior Manager Global Product Supply, as part of the Product Supply Interface department, will play a pivotal role in partnering with NAM Supply Chain Management and Commercial teams to seamlessly convert demand into supply. Ensure on-time availability and optimize inventory performance (COTA, LOTA, ATP, and Inventory) while adhering to cost constraints. Oversee critical supply chain functions, drive strategic decision-making, and lead a high-performing team to achieve excellence in supply chain management. Key responsibilities include: Strategic Oversight: Spearhead the Product Supply Interface organization, executing strategic direction and manage day-to-day performance and development activities; and Ensure alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics. Visibility and Risk Management: Develop comprehensive visibility into Canada and United States projected availability and inventory performance; Proactively identify and address risks and opportunities, implementing actionable solutions to mitigate potential disruptions. Market Alignment and standardization: Identify planning and product supply process and organizational gaps across the US and Canada; Create and drive the alignment/ optimization roadmap in the product supply space. Decision-Making and Partnership: Drive decision-making processes and collaborate with business partners to maximize opportunities and resolve risks, and Ensure alignment of supply chain strategies with business objectives. Team Leadership: Functionally manage and mentor hub employees, fostering a high-performing team culture; Develop individual goals and targets, coach employees to drive their success, and drive team development. Consensus Meetings: Lead Demand / Supply Consensus and Availability meetings for all Business Units, partnering with Demand Planning to ensure accurate and timely decision-making. Marketing and Demand Analysis: Monitor and analyze Marketing Buying of $700 million worth of merchandise per season in collaboration with Demand Planning, Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, supporting global product supply initiatives. Inventory and Purchasing Planning: Collaborate with Business Unit and Demand Planning Management to develop effective inventory and purchasing plans, Align strategies with sales objectives and inventory targets. Supply Chain Translation: Convert commercial requirements related to availability and inventory into actionable Supply Chain solutions, Ensure alignment with broader supply chain and business strategies. Market Review and Optimization: Conduct market reviews of parameters and planning tactics to optimize product availability, Implement strategies to support key product launches and strategic initiatives. Process Governance: Maintain and govern cross-departmental processes and policies to ensure high-quality business outcomes and control.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in a supply chain management role or related position. Alternate Education and Work Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; and five (5) years of experience in a supply chain management role or related position. Work experience must have included: Three (3) years of experience in a Project Management Supply Chain Management role, implementing and managing process changes to achieve sustainable benefits; Two (2) years of experience managing people in a Supply Chain Planning or similar role; Experience with supply and demand models, production forecasting, purchasing practices, and managing the end-to-end supply chain flow; Experience working with international teams, managing budgets, and integrating supply chain activities across multiple countries and region; Experience allocating resources effectively, managing team workload, and optimizing resource usage for all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure; Experience with financial risk analysis, developing and managing business cases, overseeing financial assumptions in business case and high-level financial value definition; Experience presenting to senior leadership using Think Cell to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders, including facilitating high-level discussions and maintaining strategic partnerships; Experience in planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and risk management, using statistical and analytical methods to interpret project data and make informed decisions; Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SAP Signavio, and Smartsheets; Experience creating business cases including cost/benefit analyses, and trade-off analyses using Excel analytics, SQL, and VBA.
