Diverse Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Staffing Services Managing

Director (SSMD) to lead and expand our staffing operations in our Georgia markets and beyond.

As a tenured executive in the staffing industry, you will be the driving force behind strategic sales, client delivery excellence, and leadership of high-performing teams in light industrial and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will reside in the Atlanta Metro area of Georgia (with up to 60% travel throughout the state and as needed to the corporate headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. Worksite is currently targeted in Fairburn, GA.

Why This Role Matters: The SSMD will hold full accountability for client delivery and operational success across all staffing divisions. You will provide mentorship to sales and client service teams, spearhead enterprise-level staffing strategies, and drive innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct oversight of client success and staffing operations for assigned markets
  • Drive strategic initiatives and geographical expansion projects
  • Act as the senior advisor to key clients and internal stakeholders
  • Champion interdepartmental cohesion between sales, delivery, and support
  • Mentor and elevate high-potential team members across multiple markets

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in temporary staffing, ideally in light industrial sectors
  • Proven success in managing multi-site sales and delivery operations
  • Strong business acumen and a track record of building client trust
  • Executive presence, persuasive communication, and innovation mindset
  • BA/BS required; MBA or SPHR preferred

Bonus Points For:

  • PHR/SPHR certification
  • Experience in scaling operations or launching new staffing markets
