ROLE OVERVIEW

The ideal candidate is extremely knowledgable about the Creator Economy, and is determined to develop into a Chief Operating Officer or Business Development role. They are highly self motivated and entrepreneurial, perpetually curious to learn new trends and develop them into business opportunities for clients.

Candidates must have three to five years of talent representation experience within the Creator Economy, and be excited to help develop systems and strategies amidst a dynamic scope of work and growing team. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with managing partners within highly sensitive areas of the business. This includes extreme discretion, extraordinary organizational skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to remain highly detail-oriented, while operating across an exceptional volume of projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support managing partners across corporate development including market research, financial modeling, and pitch deck design
• Support managing partners across hiring, including candidate sourcing, offer preparation, and onboarding
• Ongoing development of internal systems and softwares
• Maintain corporate image across social media and press
• Internal communications

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 Years of talent representation experience within Creator Economy or MBA in relevant field
• Knowledge of all social media platforms from a business perspective
• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple high-level projects
• Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with Google and Apple products
• Reside in Los Angeles
