Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician with extensive hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery. This role requires expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on a variety of production equipment, including:
  • Injection molding machines
  • Ultrasonic welders
  • Chillers
  • Pneumatic tools
  • Conveyor systems
  • Cable processing equipment
  • Electrical systems and controls
• Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery without relying on external tech support.
• Use precision measuring instruments, soldering equipment, hand and power tools, and metalworking machinery for repair and assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring schematics, and mechanical diagrams to guide assembly, maintenance, and repair work.
• Perform equipment testing and calibration to ensure performance and compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with electro-mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, with a focus on improving machine performance and minimizing downtime.
• Proficient with a wide range of tools and diagnostic instruments, including:
  • Digital Multimeters (DMM)
  • Ammeters
  • Predictive maintenance tools
  • Soldering tools
  • Power and hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with injection molding machines is highly preferred.
  
  

Work Schedule

• Training: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Day Shift)
• Ongoing Shift: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM (Swing Shift)

Compensation

• $35 - $38 per hour
• Temporary role with potential for permanent placement
