Job Description

Bridge Property Management is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Talent Management Associate with a passion for building engaging learning content. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful training materials—think videos, eLearning modules, guides, and toolkits—that empower employees at every level. While you’ll support all aspects of learning and development, your primary focus will be content creation that drives performance and fosters professional growth across our multi-family property teams.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to turn complex topics into accessible, enjoyable training experiences—whether it's for new hire onboarding, leadership development, or operational skills. If you have a strong background in instructional design, multimedia learning tools, and enjoy being the creative force behind effective training, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop engaging learning content including online courses, instructional videos, digital guides, and job aids tailored to our property management operations.
  • Facilitate live training sessions (in-person and virtual) on company standards, systems, and customer experience best practices.
  • Build and maintain a training content library and ensure materials are updated, accessible, and aligned with business needs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate operational knowledge into effective learning experiences.
  • Manage and optimize our LMS platform and other eLearning tools to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of content.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance data—and adjust content accordingly.
  • Assist in the development of robust onboarding programs to set new hires up for success.
  • Support employee engagement efforts by running surveys, analyzing feedback, and providing actionable insights.
  • Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital training tools to continuously elevate our programs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in instructional design or learning content development, preferably in a corporate setting with multiple entities.
  • Bonus points for experience in property management or multifamily housing!
  • Skilled in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate, etc.), LMS platforms, and video editing software.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to lead engaging training sessions.
  • Tech-savvy and creative—comfortable experimenting with new tools and formats.
  • Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and learner engagement.

If you're someone who enjoys creating content that actually makes a difference—and want to be part of a team that values growth, collaboration, and results—we’d love to meet you!
