If you’re an experienced Professional Engineer ready to expand your impact beyond the desk — this is your chance to own projects from design through completion while playing a consultative, client-facing role. You’ll support infrastructure challenges specific to Pittsburgh’s unique terrain — flash flooding, landslides, and soil instability — using high-performance, proprietary solutions. Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 base + Uncapped commission + guaranteed commission your first 6 months.
