QUALIFICATIONS (2) : Minimum of three to five one to three years related work experience. He/she must be detail oriented, possess excellent analysis skills, possess good project management skills, be able to effectively lead change within a group, and also work collaboratively with others. He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint. Should have knowledge about Training techniques. Should have basic knowledge of training principles and an electronics background.
