Rubber Supply Company is a distributor of rubber tracks and equipment parts. With 25 plus years of experience in the business, we pride ourselves on great customer service while selling premium equipment parts. We are looking for someone who is wanting to join our team and grow with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Driver / Warehouse Associate (CDL not required) at Rubber Supply Company in Fort Worth, TX. The Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for loading and unloading company products from delivery trucks and transporting them to and from designated locations in a timely and safe manner. Additionally, Driver / Warehouse Associates are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Physical Demands/Work Environment/Travel Requirements

  • Physical demands: You will be expected to assist in the prepping of rubber tracks and other parts for delivery or customer pick up. The loading and unloading of trucks with a forklift. There could be some minimal lifting of objects up to 50 lbs. This also includes helping keep the warehouse clean with the rest of the team.
  • Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. All work when not delivering is in an open warehouse environment.
  • Travel required: Some days there could be one delivery, other days you could be driving all day long. We deliver up to 2 hours away, which would be a 4 hour trip there and back. Most deliveries are in town and quick.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience driving delivery trucks or box trucks
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and lift up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift experience preferred

Compensation:

Compensation is dependent upon pervious work experience. After 60 days from start date you will receive 40 hours of PTO (Paid time off) and full health benefits including dental and vision.
