Position : Paralegal

Location : Hybrid – 3 days in-office per week

Systems Used : SAP

Parking : Not employer-covered; nearby paid lots available

Compensation : $40-$50/hour (w2)

Contract Duration : estimated 1 year

Reason for Opening : Interim coverage

Work Hours : 40 hours per week; exempt role (no overtime)

Other Requirements : Background check and drug screening required

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Experience in both corporate and litigation paralegal work
• Litigation support, including coordination with external counsel, document review, and case management
• Discovery process management: collecting, organizing, and producing documents for subpoenas and discovery requests
• Familiarity with business licensing, corporate structuring, foreign qualifications, and related filings
• Due diligence and regulatory filing management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent writing and proofreading abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal subject areas
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Skilled at maintaining effective cross-functional and external legal relationships
