Are you passionate about hands-on lab work and ready to support critical product testing in an industry-leading environment?

We’re seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Granville, OH , where you’ll work closely with Product Testing Leads in the physical and thermal testing of insulation materials. This role is highly collaborative, physically active, and key to maintaining compliance with national laboratory standards (NVLAP 17025).

🔍 What You'll Do

• Perform thermal and physical tests on insulation products
• Operate and maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration standards
• Record and manage testing data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Support lab excellence through communication, safety, and organization
• Collaborate with testing leads and cross-functional teams
• Follow and enforce safety protocols, including the use of PPE

✅ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Previous lab or R&D experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
