We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for an outstanding Nurse Practitioner to join our family-oriented team.
Choose Your Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
4x9-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
This isn’t your typical in-office position. As a fully mobile Nurse Practitioner, you’ll travel throughout Middle Tennessee to deliver top-notch care right where patients need it—whether that’s in their homes, offices, or even hotels. You’ll take the lead in ensuring patients receive personalized, high-quality care and feel truly supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient evaluations, physical exams, and comprehensive health assessments
Develop diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up plans
Perform minor procedures and administer treatments/medications
Coordinate patient care, including referrals and test-result communication
Provide health education to patients and families for ongoing care management

Meaningful Impact
Provide care in homes, hotels, and offices, making healthcare accessible and convenient for patients across Middle Tennessee
Have 2–5 years of NP experience , ideally in urgent care or family practice
Thrive in a dynamic environment where you balance routine check-ups with acute care
Love using your strong clinical judgment to make real-time decisions that benefit patients
Enjoy traveling to patient locations across Nashville and surrounding areas
Excel in teamwork, communication, and leadership—patients and colleagues alike look to you for guidance
Master’s degree in Nursing (FNP) with a valid state license
Strong clinical skills for patient exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
Comfortable educating patients and families on health management
Reliable transportation to travel between appointment locations
Passion for providing exceptional patient care in a non-traditional, on-the-go setting
